Morton Pumpkin Festival 2011
So when we moved to Morton we had no idea that it was the said Pumpkin Capital of the world. There's a Nestle factory here that makes the cans of Libby's Pumpkin. Every September there is a "Pumpkin Festival." So this year we invited Blake's Family over to attend our first pumpkin festival. Blake soon discovered that there was going to be a pumpkin pie eating contest and recruited Brooke to compete with him (video to follow). We all had a good time! There were pumpkin pies, doughnuts, ice cream, breads, and just about everything else you could imagine! DELICIOUS!
